Mitchell, we’re very sorry to hear about your frustration, as this is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have. We do want to clarify that this repair has been performed under an extended warranty, which means we are only authorized to replace components that are approved by your warranty company. Over the past year, two separate A/C components have been replaced on your vehicle through warranty approval, and the second repair was redone at no charge to you. In fact, honoring that repair has cost us more than the total deductible you have paid, so while we understand your frustration, this situation has been challenging for us as well. On a nearly 17-year-old vehicle with over 150,000 miles, it is unfortunately not uncommon for components within the system to fail over time rather than all at once. There are also numerous other factors that can cause an A/C system to over-pressurize and lead to additional component failures. We have made attempts to reach you to discuss the situation and work toward a resolution, as we genuinely want to help in any way we can. Please contact the shop directly so we can review the next available options together and assist you further.
