Service was good. I felt they are a bit on the expensive side when it comes to service, but at least they are good and quick. Liked it.
I’ve been coming here since they opened. Excellent service. Great customer service. When I make an appointment they are always on time. Not pushy when car needs additional things done to it.

I was looking to buy a used car and saw some work had been done on it at Honest-1 in Beaverton. I sent in an online note asking for clarification/details on what had been done (take in mind it was work from 4 years earlier). Alston called me back within hours and walked me through the history of the vehicle. I wasn't even a customer and got great service from Alston. 5-stars.

The oil change took a little longer than I expected, but the price for the air filter was very decent. They actually looked like honest people.
For the 2nd time, this place saved me. Someone hit and ran my car, I immediately got it towed here due to the 1st time they helped me. The love and care this team put into taking care of me and my car was truly amazing. They got me up and running again within a few days, for a good price and of course many laughs. Feels like family. Richard provided excellent customer service, always kind and with a smile. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me beforehand and the prices are good. The work done on my car was outstanding and everything was completed in a timely manner. Even with all the shipping hassles we had to put up with, Richard remained calm and patient. What started off as a bad experience (my car being stolen), turned out to be great experience.
