My first & only experience with this car shop is that they lied to me to convince me to leave the car for a quote. They said for $30 they would find out what is wrong with my AC, they lied because after leaving my car here for a whole day to get my AC & other things checked, they told me it would cost $150 to check my AC. They will say whatever you want to hear so you leave your car there, lie. And the manager Michael will take 0 accountability for his employees lying, say that you’re in the wrong, and shows 0 professionalism. Congrats “honest” liars auto, you got your free $178 robbery from me. Don’t go here, they will lie through their teeth to get you to drop your car off up charge you and then tell you you are wrong and a liar when you call them out for lying straight through their teeth.

The $29.95 inspection you referenced was not charged for your A/C concern. After inspecting the vehicle, we found the air conditioning was operating normally when it arrived and throughout our evaluation. Because there was no active failure to diagnose, we explained that an A/C diagnostic would not provide meaningful results, and we did not charge you for that service. We also understand there was a misunderstanding regarding what the initial inspection included, and we apologize if that was not communicated clearly. and again you were not charged for that.Our Center Manager took the time to speak with you by phone and again in person to explain the situation and answer your questions, but unfortunately we were unable to reach an understanding. We stand behind our commitment to honest communication and transparent pricing. While we're disappointed we couldn't earn your confidence, we wish you the very best and hope your vehicle is repaired successfully.
