Eric and your crew we're very prompt and speedy when it came to servicing my Volkswagen. I was surprised to know they work on import vehicles, and will return to honest 1 for any more work that would be needed. Thanks guys!

Very professional business. Personnel were pleasant and cheerful. Eric was very thorough in diagnosing my vehicles problems. He explained the required work my vehicle needed. He was very patient with me to insure that I understood the required process. The staff and the manager kept me updated on parts received, work being done and estimated time of completion. This is my second time visiting them and I'm going to continue to use this company for all of my future automotive repairs and their professional advice. Outstanding work!!

Im truly happy with this auto shop. They look and check everything on your car to make sure there are no issues. The service was great. They will go out of their way to help you. Their shuttle service makes it very convenient to get your vehicle serviced. Eric was very helpful. This was my very first time at honest one and right from the process of making an appointment I to walking in and meeting Eric I was very comfortable. Eric and I spoke for a few minutes we went over everything that needed to be done and discussed what I was going to do That was necessary at this point and then they took the car in . What I really liked is that I can actually watch everything being done to my car either online or through this beautiful glass window while I have a complementary cup of coffee and a snack. I was also offered a ride home. Maria was the young lady that drove me home in the company car shuttle and would also be the one to pick me up later. I knew right from the start how much everything was going to cost me and I was the one making the decision after everything had been explained. I the one making the decision as to what I wasgoing to do now and what we could wait for until my next visit! I like this for two reasons number one this was my first time being here so I would be able to see what kind of work they did and number two they let it be up to me I was the one in charge ! I feel I must explain as I told Eric when repair shops usually see a woman she has dollar signs written all over Eric assured me that this would not be the case and from the moment I met him he made me feel that this was really true I felt I could trust him him and the work that they were about to do on my car ! After my car was done Eric even showed me the air filter that they had to replace . Everything had been done exactly the way Eric said it would be and the price that he said it would be was right on the money ! Eric, Maria and the quality work that the mechanics did was so courteous and well done I will definitely be going Back!!! Honest 1 reached out after my negative experience yesterday and made it right by fixing my issue for me today for free and quickly. I appreciate the extra effort they made to make my problem right.

I had to bring my car in again as my check engine light came on a few days after bringing my car in. I’m incredibly frustrated as when I brought my car in last week and explained the issue was that my rpms were going up while I was idling- they assured me that despite not having an engine code from diagnostics they checked all the mechanical issues and it had to be just the corrosion in my car. I asked to confirm if this would solve my car’s problem, as my car only cost me $1,000 so anything over $500 in repairs isn’t worth the investment. I was assured the cleaning would cover it. But now with the engine code it’s “clear it’s idle speed control motor” which fixes exactly the issue I described. So I’m angry I was assured they’d already checked everything it could have been to come back less than a week later to be slapped with another $320 estimate for a part issue that exactly describes fixing my initial problem. Because had I known it was the part and cleaning I would have cut loses with the car to take steps to acquiring a new model.
