Came in for some noises I was hearing with my vehicle and was taken care of with ease. Super friendly, clean and very knowledgeable. I was heading out of town and needed to get a oil change for our 2008 Toyota Sienna. I called up and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Very friendly and courteous. Richard quickly got me all setup and I was very happy. I have been happy with all the time I have come to get things done. They deserve the 5 star rating.

I was referred to Honest-1 by a service advisor at the dealership I went to for many years. With the changes at the dealership no longer servicing vehicles older than 2010, I made an appointment with Honest-1 for the window regulator needing attention immediately. Honest-1 scheduled, did a diagnose and pre-estimate with the customer approval on the same day. When a window is in default, safety is the concern. Thank you, Honest-1, for the excellent service!!!!
