This place is exceptional. The staff is awesome, the facility is clean and inviting. One of the only places where my wife feels very comfortable getting work done without the feeling most women get when going to a mechanics shop.
Dave, thank you for such a wonderful review! What you said about your wife feeling comfortable and confident bringing her vehicle to us means a great deal. We work hard to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and never pressured. We're also glad you noticed the care we put into our facility. I'll be sure to share your kind words with our entire Deltona team. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to taking care of you and your family for years to come!
They honor their shop name “HONEST-1.” (Auto Care Deltona) After evaluating your car, they tell you what is wrong with the vehicle without trying to deceive you or push you into costly repairs that you don’t need. This alone speaks to their honesty. They offer a friendly atmosphere with caring and professional workers. I highly recommend this shop for vehicle maintenance or repairs. Thanks, I am very grateful to the management and employees.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendation! It means a great deal to our entire Deltona team to hear that we are living up to the Honest-1 name. We believe our responsibility is to give customers accurate information, explain their options, and help them make informed decisions without pressure. Earning your trust is just as important to us as taking care of your vehicle. I'll be sure to share your kind words with Mike and the entire team. We truly appreciate your confidence in us and look forward to taking care of you for years to come!

Wonderful customer service and completely transparent service. Beautiful location and great Halloween decorations by the way. I loved that I could fully see my vehicle the whole time it was worked on, it definitely gave me comfort to see it through the whole repair process. Great job guys! Had a lug nut that I could not get removed. I brought it to Terry and he was able to get it off with no issue, gave me a new lug nut , and didn't charge me for anything. Never had an experience like this at another shop , I will definitely be coming back!!
Tyler, thank you for sharing this! We’re glad Terry could get that stubborn lug nut off and get you back on your way. We appreciate you giving our Deltona team a chance, and we look forward to seeing you again!
