I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience for oil changes, new tires, etc. Unfortunately,, the team has really dropped the ball on major services needed for both vehicles And I will not return for major service when the vehicles need anything outside of oil changes. If you are looking for a place that can do oil changes and tires, I recommend them, but only if you are willing to drop it off and return when it is ready. If you decide to sit and wait for your vehicle for an oil change, you will be waiting for several hours. This location has changed management and office personnel this year and this change has had a negative impact on the location. The only advisor that has remained the same is the lady and she is awesome to deal with.

This is the second time I’ve been to this shop. Oil change took over 2 hours. The most recent time I arrived for my appointment EARLY, as someone getting an oil change with same appointment time (9am) checks in 15 minutes after me. I noticed her vehicle is finished and she is cashing out, while my vehicle is just getting pulled back at 10am. Guy at front tried continue to tell me another 10 mins, now another 10 minutes. Although he was very nice gentleman at front desk. I then explained how someone with the same appointment time, same service was gone an hour before me when I was here before them. He stated that was not his doing and he was unaware. Not to mention, oil change and air filter cost 170$ with oil change costing 105$ when I’ve taken my car to multiple other shops with a cost of 90$. Not only do they over charge but it’s not worth your time and frustration.

Car broke down (Alternator) in the middle of the night. Honest 1 took care of the next morning and had me back on the road ON A SATURDAY!!!
