Honest 1 is awesome! My hubby goes there for his car, but mine is newer. Recently, they fixed a flat tire for me in 2 hours! And my hubby used his rewards to pay for it. Nice office for girls or guys- snacks, gorgeous restroom. I will be back!

Moved to FL from out of state and needed to find a trusted auto service company to take our vehicles to. Saw this place on Google and they had great reviews so I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Price was reasonable and matched what they quoted over the phone. Arrived to drop my car off early for a noon appointment. I was greeted by Eric and he got me checked in and went over what service my vehicle was having today. The inside of their facility was welcoming and very clean. When my car was done, they sent me a text with a summary and when it was ready for pickup. They even finished ahead of my appointment time! They were very professional and Eric even applied a couple of discounts for me without me even knowing about them! He also went over some maintenance items needed down the road. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back! Thanks Eric!

I went to this auto repair shop when my car started making a humming noise at higher speeds, which was quite annoying during driving. The mechanic first took the car for a short test drive to understand the issue properly. After that, they carefully checked the wheels and bearings. They quickly identified a wheel bearing problem and explained it in a very simple way that was easy to understand. I liked that they showed me the issue instead of only describing it. The repair was completed the same day, and the noise disappeared completely afterward. Now the car feels quiet and stable even on highways. The staff was honest, efficient, and very professional throughout the visit.
