I was referred to honest one from a friend that had a great experience and he was right. From. Day one, they were communicative, honest, and knowledgeable. Aj was my service advisor and gave me any information I needed and worked with my extended warranty where all I had to do was approve t I wanted everything done and just pick up when ready. My truck runs great and I was very happy with the time frame and workmanship. I will be taking my truck here from now on

They gave a better diagnostic check, than most other competitors!!!,when running into one problem, they would inform of the next"heyyyy,these guy's know exactly what they are doing. My vehicle will always make a pitstop at Honest-1.

My car was leaking coolant and over heating. I originally took it to Firestone who said they fixed the leaks and believed I might have a motor issue. Firestone advised me to take it to a place that worked on motors. After researching place in my area. I came across this business. Took my car in and had the smoothest experience I ever had when dealing with car issues. They call to update you on the scenario, give you honest feedback, and text you updates with information and photos in case you missed their call. They found another leak Firestone missed and fixed it for me in a day! Great business and will be going here with any future issues!

I use this business mainly because of the Shuttle, they will drop me off and pick me up at my house for no extra charge. Their prices are higher than usual so it must be to cover the small drive 82 to bring me back and forth phase me $18 each way for a taxi or tow.

We took in our Infinity for an oil leak. They handles the car professionally, kept in touch, and had it done as promised. This was a repair covered by our warranty through our credit union. All we had to do was pay our deductible and Honest-1 handled all the other details. We will be back
