I really like how transparent they are in their dealings with you. They take pictures of the issues they find on your car so that way you know it's legit and they aren't trying to pull a slick one on you. They give you a straight quote on the services you are either getting or they recommend. And it's all done with a polished professional air and in the comfort of one of the nicest customer lounges I've ever seen. I've sat in big time GM and Ford dealer lounges that were dumps compared to what Honest-1 has. I really like to bring my 2002 Ford Crown Victoria to them for any work it needs.
