PROS: Facility is very clean and service is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the communication with pictures and updates sent to my phone. Repairs I had done seem to be done well :) CONS: Prices are a little higher than other places. I went down the road straight from having repairs done at this location to save $55 dollars for the same service. That was my decision though. Diagnostic fees make me hesitate to bring in my vehicle right away...I usually do though.
Mr. Long. Thanks for visiting with us and telling us your thoughts. We try to make each customers visit a good experience with as you said, a VERY clean shop and friendly employees. We try to be competitive on all of our pricing. We do use OEM or better parts to give our customers a 3 year warranty on all services. Most shops provide a 1 year warranty at best.
