This was my first service at Honest-1 and was impressed by several elements of their business. First it was easy, and convenient to request an appt online and to receive confirmation the next business day as well as receiving a reminder. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and all interactions were professional and were complimented by the text updates during the course of the service. The overall vehicle safety inspection was thorough and not a "gimmick" just to try to coerce customer into more services. I never felt pressured to authorize additional work but really appreciated the report received by text with recommendations of items needing consideration now and recommendations for future services. I would be remiss not to mention the office/waiting room was functional, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely return for future service and look forward to establishing an ongoing business relationship.

Staff was super chill, prices are great 10/10 would recommend. I noticed a small problem (not related to how well they did their job, only a personal concern) after I left so I came back and asked if they could help me with it and they did without hesitation. any other place would’ve jumped on the chance to squeeze some money out of me for any type of service but instead they helped me free of charge. when i was waiting in the lobby a woman came in with a dead FOB and they also helped the woman out without hesitation and showed her how she could fix it herself next time around. BEST AUTO SHOP IN TOWN!! definitely lives up to their name.

1st time, Very friendly, excellent customer service, very clean LOVE THE BATHROOM! So cute! They were definitely #1 HONEST with my service, didn’t over charge me like some like to take advantage of women when they are alone and another plus Military discount! The staff seemed great and they keep you updated with everything except pricing. I was quoted like $16.99 or $19.99 for them to check my car and tell me what was wrong. I asked them to just do that test and nothing else until I approve because it is an old car and I was not sure if it was worth it to fix it. That is all they did but I was still charged $127.00 after tax for checking it out. The bill shows know detail on how they got from $19 dollars to $127 but that's a mechanic shop for you I guess.
