Thank you so much for taking me in right away when I needed it the most. I was hoping to get a new battery installed asap and I was over due for my Oil Change as well. Thank you to Andrew for getting me in and out very fast without delaying my repair another day for my car. Honest Care is always on top of it and the best service I ever seen.

I came there with the sole purpose to have my AC and heat in my car repair. I received a $1000 plus invoice and was told my AC and heater was fixed. End of the day they charge me for service I didn’t ask for and my heat and AC still doesn’t work. I’m a Very disappointed customer

Been going here for years. I would highly recommend Honest One. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Their customer service is great and they keep you Informed throughout the process of fixing your vehicle via email, txt, and photo updates .Andrew the manager is best I’ve dealt with in maintenance repairs and puts the customer first . Shop is immaculate. They also have a courtesy van so you don’t have to wait in lobby. All work done has a 3yr/36000 warranty. They also do extended warranty work if you have one for your vehicle. Again can’t say enough about how well they treat you and the care they take in getting your vehicle repaired .

I love the transparent communication. I got a full report with pictures. I had a chance to take my time looking over options. Fantastic waiting room with comfy chairs, drinks and snacks. I was a new customer (with appointment)and was greeted by name when I walked in. AJ was very patient and helpful answering all my questions.

I had gone in for some engine work and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it. They also found some other issues I had suspected that a gmc dealership did not find it even look at after they told me they had, even missed a missing sway bar link bushing totally done but these guys took care of me. I will be going to for any other issues I can’t solve myself.
