Dis-Honest is more like it. I had brought my vehicle to A1 for it overheating in July come to find out they overcharged me hundreds of dollars than what the parts are on any online auto part store would charge. The labor is ridiculously overcharged what a joke. A month later (present) my car overheated again. When I just paid 3k for the same problem to be fixed. I had to towed back there because it was in the same area that they had fixed previously. Long story short there denying that the issue with my vehicle isn't there fault & refuse to take responsibility for there mistake. And want to charge me another 1500 to fix it. Being that there certified mechanics and charged 109.50 for a diagnosis you found all these problems wrong before and brought them to my attention but didn't ever mention it before what now would make you check my turbo? They are trying to scam people over just saying stay clear from them.

Took my vehicle to two other auto repair shops hoping to get my AC fixed. Neither of them were successful in diagnosing the problem. Finally, when I took it to Honest-1 Auto care Jeremy discovered that my AC Control Head needed to be replaced. I knew that their diagnosis is correct because Jeremy explained that when the control head is charged, the AC worked properly. When somebody provides evidence to prove his hypothesis, you can tell that he knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend this place for those who need their AC fixed. My AC is now working properly and blowing out cold air.

All around maintenance check for used vehicles was done. Showed problems and explained both in professional terms and in a way that everyone can understand. Did great overall and are very welcoming and patient.

I had spent several hundred dollars for a problem and it continued to do the same thing, I took my vehicle in to Honest 1 to get them to figure out why it continued with the same problem and they figured out the problem and saved me from spending more money than necessary. Great customer service and very friendly staff I would use them again. Thank you to the staff and especially AJ.

I went into Honest 1 and thought it would be a good location to try and troubleshoot my car accident and check how much would be to fix.. I regret that decision.. $120 to inspect then when was told the price of the parts was $200 I figured that's not too bad.. until they mentioned the total $1200. I took my car to another place and they did it for $550 and my car was fixed in 2 days. I will never go to Honest1 again.. now that I know they are not that honest and try to add many other things to increase the bill. $200 in parts 1200 in work. I'm glad I chose somewhere else to deal with my cars needs and will never return to this location.
