Honest, knowledgeable staff! A. J. explained the services and cost, answered questions. He followed up with a text of the services. Also picked and given a courtesy ride. Jade, the drive was prompt and friendly. Great staff, quality service department. My car run better than it has in years!!

I had my VW serviced at Honest-1 this morning and AJ in Deltona was fantastic. He gave me all the information of what needed to be done and pricing. They also have a drop off and pick up which I was surprised and grateful for. if you need a ride home and back to the service station. I give them and AJ a 10 out of 10 for service and friendliness. I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto care. Thank you.

beware! I went to honest auto to have a test done for a possible blown head gasket on my Mercedes and was told they had a good mechanic for those cars but I received A call and they told me I had a bad starter now and the test could not be performed unless I had a new starter installed. They never said if they checked the relay or if they tried to manually start it. So at that point I was not confident in the skill level and not to mention that did not make financial sense to me since there was a great possibility the car was headed to the junk yard. Also they still charged me anyway for a test I was not even there for. Would not recommend this shop.

We stopped at Honest-1 on our way home to SC because our car was making a noise. They did a full inspection of our car, test drove it, and fully explained everything to us. They had us out within 2 hours and didn’t charge us anything because the car didn’t make the noise so there wasn’t anything to fix. The staff was very accommodating for our kiddos while we waited too.
