Very nice and professional but very overpriced. The problem they were supposed to fix was only partially fixed. Don't think I'll use them to fix my car again. UPDATE: Andrew the district manager contacted me about my review and NEVER empathized with my situation. He only went by his people's notes which were incomplete and implied I was the problem because I supposedly didn't tell them enough about my car's problems, which I did. He kept bragging about his 17 years of service working for all kinds of fancy car makers but never once wanted to listen to my side or emphasize with my frustrations that my car is worse now than when I brought it in. He also claimed a test drive after the repair wasn't necessary. If I brought it there because my car wasn't driving normally, how could you not do a test drive. I'm trying to take care of my 89 year old father who had a stroke and Andrew just added to my stress. I told them that is why I couldn't pick the car up the same day because I wouldn't be back from the hospital until after they closed. Something that obviously his people didn't put in the notes. Andrew's 17 years of experience didn't teach him the basics. I'm severely disappointed with the treatment I received.
