Great Experience overall will price match coupons from dealership we get. Also, listened to us and didn’t just wanna replace parts that did not need it. They carry OEM parts for your vehicle. I didn’t feel like a number there but a customer.

Aj is the one I dealt with! He was amazing! I had someone else call me and he was just as great!! They were constantly calling me through out the week giving me updates about my car! They were amazingly helpful! I’m very appreciative of their customer service ❤️

This was my first service at Honest-1 and was impressed by several elements of their business. First it was easy, and convenient to request an appt online and to receive confirmation the next business day as well as receiving a reminder. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and all interactions were professional and were complimented by the text updates during the course of the service. The overall vehicle safety inspection was thorough and not a "gimmick" just to try to coerce customer into more services. I never felt pressured to authorize additional work but really appreciated the report received by text with recommendations of items needing consideration now and recommendations for future services. I would be remiss not to mention the office/waiting room was functional, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely return for future service and look forward to establishing an ongoing business relationship.
