Horrible customer service! I called this location to get help with my ac in my vehicle and was hung up on then when i called back they told me i was basically lien and the gentlemen that answered has an attitude from hell which cause me to not even want such people working on my vehicle! Good way to push customers away! Thank you bit no thank you!

I did not end up getting service done (my fault not they’res) but they’re customer service was great explained everything very well and super nice.

Have dropped my car off go them multiple times for weeks and it is still leaking coolant after they claimed to fix the issue which was my main concern charged me $1200 for a steering gear and it squeaks never did before , unprofessional and brushed me off multiple times when I kept calling back to have the car looked at again , seems like nobody wants to do work right now adays. Expensive for no reason and make sure you get your car checked by some one experienced if you have your car serviced here

Would never take my car here , waste of time !

My car was overheating on idle. I called Honest-1 and spoke to AJ. He immediately arranged for a tow truck to pick my vehicle up from my home. I was contacted daily on my vehicles progress and next steps depending on how what they were currently doing went. AJ prepared me for the worst based on the car symptoms but the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I’m happy I called Honest-1 first. Thank you AJ for all your help and for getting me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Honest-1 for car repair.

Jen, AJ, and Crystal all are great people that helped me throughout the entire experience. They were more than accommodating and understanding with the entire situation with my transmission. Definitely recommend this shop if you want someone to be there to talk you through everything.

This was the second mechanic that I had taken my car to for a long term check engine light. AJ and his crew were amazing at explaining exactly what was going on, what the cause was, and helping me to prioritize immediate and future needs to create a care plan that will have my car going for another hundred thousand miles. If you need an honest kind shop, just call AJ. He will hook it up!
