I have yet to have any issues with them. My wife and I have been coming here since we moved here. Always quality work. They even show pics of what’s going on. They have a lot of respect for their customers and their vehicles. We’ve had some serious work done as well as your normal Maintenance and each time the vehicle comes back without issues where I’ve gone to other places and next thing you know you have other issues that linger for months as it’s problem after problem. With Honest 1 I don’t have that issue and it’s honestly a relief to not feel like I’m being taken advantage of. If you want quality work at an honest price, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell you to go here. Update… just got back from a trip and had a brake light pop on. Took it in and Matt said the car had an electric problem. Not only did they take the needed time to find it, but through it all they were honest and transparent about the situation and what they eventually found. Couldn’t be happier with the service and great communication not to mention the dedication of their mechanics to do things right and not just throw parts and pieces at it to see what gets it out of the door. Great people, great service.
