Terry was awesome, very professional, communicated well and explained everything in a way that I understand. Was not dismissive at all. He was the greatest. They didn’t try to add extra stuff or scam me into doing extra services I didn’t need. Did everything at the best quality and lowest price and super fast. I will always come here from now on. If I could give more stars then I would.

Honest 1 Auto Care is the embodiment of integrity and truth. I went in to have my suspension checked and diagnosed to figure out the cause of a wobble. They immediately recognized a split and worn tire and pointed me in the right direction to get it situated. I will be returning here indefinitely for any and all car troubles. Thank you to the Center Manager Andrew for being so polite and willing to help with something even as trivial as my issue.

Charged me for a tire rotation and didint do it (I chalked the tires before going in) technician left oily handprint on my driver side door,the front desk is great the technician work not so much 😞

I want to share a positive review for honest 1 auto in Deltona. We had some brake work done on our van and they somehow forgot to strap our wheel sensors wires back together. The tires wore the wires raw and caused it to fail. They refunded the repair costs immediately. There was no fighting the issues at hand. I want to applaud their integrity and resolving the issue professionally. I will continue to take my vehicles back to them. I personally understand that employees do mess up once in awhile. There is no business that doesn’t mess up from time to time. But them owning up to it will give my repeat business. They are truly honest. I’m happy with their customer service. That is how you conduct business even though I had issues. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to do the right thing.

Over all, very happy with service. Repairs were completed same day. Very professional and friendly. Happy with results so far. I will return for future service.

this place is AMAZING, i brought my jeep in to fix the soft top zipper and these people are the best auto repair workers ever. i’ve never met such nice and honest people. Kyle fixed the zipper that i couldn’t zip for the life of me. i 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs any repairs to their car.
