We went in to check out a power window that isn't working correctly.. The cost of $410 to replace a regulator and motor was excessive.. but then when you found out if wasn't a stock item you said no you couldn't fix it so put it back together for us ot pick up.... BUT maybe you could put it back together as you found it so it works the same as when we took it in.. Now the damn thing doesn't work at all, rattles like crazy, the window isn't all the way up so whistles when driving and 2 parts from it were sitting on the floor of the drivers side..If you cant fix it fine but don't give it back not working at all and with parts missing.. I am upset and dont expect any mechanic to screw up something they cant fix.

Nice, clean place. I was in and out quick. I liked the windows to the service area and cameras over the vehicles. I will be returning when future service is required on my vehicle.

I found it very convenient and Tricia Gosch was very professional and personable. Her listening skills were on point. The mark up on the parts could be a little better. They did not try to sell me service I really did not need, I know this because my husband is a technician too. As for the Tech who worked on my vehicle, he reviewed what we needed and what was completed thoroughly with my husband and all work was completed timely. I found the waiting area to be comfortable and clean. My car is running great, so far. I think I have just found myself a new Car Doctor. I will be going back for my regular scheduled maintenances. Thank you Honest-1 for a job well done.

Best oil change service I have ever gotten. In and out under 30 mins with an appointment. Very clean facility and the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend to everyone.
