Terrible experience. The women working there is extremely rude. I had an apt, I was on time. They took walk ins and never communicated they were running behind. The guy I booked with knew i was bringing my children in advance. The part didn’t arrive until 15 minutes after my apt time, from there my car sat for another hour before anyone moved it. I had to inquire several times with the service team clueless it hadn’t gone back yet. There is a serious lack of communication and customer service. There is no reason I needed to be in the shop for 2 hours with children because of their lack of communication. And when you inquire you get a nasty rude lady whose says I have to wait my turn as they took more work than people and didn’t communicate they were running behind. This is not an honest shop and I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere. In addition the week before when I was in there I witnessed the women be rude with another customer, and when the lady left and came back the other guy and her were making smart comments, seriously, what kind of business is this. Totally unprofessional.

This place went above and beyond for me today, I recently bought a trailer for my car detailing business and the wheel hub blew out after leaving a job. Normally you would think a mechanic shop would send me to a trailer repair shop, but not these guys! Kyle and his co-worker took a look and immediately started finding a solution. Couple hours later I was back on the road making money again, highly recommend these guys to everyone. They did a great job and I'll definitely use them in the future! Had squeaky breaks, and were upfront that didn't need to be replaced and then resurfaced the roators, which fixed the problem. They are great place for oil changes and tire rotations.

I went to Honest-1 because my former mechanic, in whom I had previously had a deep and abiding faith, failed to deliver the competence to which I had become accustomed to…for the third time in a row. My experience with Honest-1 harkened back to good, solid, competent mechanic work. I was able to get an appointment the very next day after I stopped by to check out the establishment (Incidently, the storefront as well as the bays look professional and clean). The job was diagnosed quickly, and completed quickly as well, after my approval. Most importantly, the personnel there kept me in the loop during all phases of the repair. I was happy with the work, and will go there first next time I need work done.

The store was very clean and welcoming. And the garage was very clean and professional looking. We really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the waiting room. They also have a really clean and cool looking children’s play area. The bathrooms were cleaner than most restaurants we’ve been in. The general manager, the lady in the office and two mechanics even helped us load the car onto a car hauler trailer because my niece didn’t have the money to fix it right now. We will definitely use these folks in the future.
