Terrible experience. The women working there is extremely rude. I had an apt, I was on time. They took walk ins and never communicated they were running behind. The guy I booked with knew i was bringing my children in advance. The part didn’t arrive until 15 minutes after my apt time, from there my car sat for another hour before anyone moved it. I had to inquire several times with the service team clueless it hadn’t gone back yet. There is a serious lack of communication and customer service. There is no reason I needed to be in the shop for 2 hours with children because of their lack of communication. And when you inquire you get a nasty rude lady whose says I have to wait my turn as they took more work than people and didn’t communicate they were running behind. This is not an honest shop and I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere. In addition the week before when I was in there I witnessed the women be rude with another customer, and when the lady left and came back the other guy and her were making smart comments, seriously, what kind of business is this. Totally unprofessional.
