Danielle, we’re very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. This is never how we want a customer to feel, and it’s not the level of service we strive to provide. To clarify, the alternator for your vehicle was only available through the dealer, as none of our Florida vendors had one in stock. We also stayed in contact with your father-in-law, who authorized the work while you were away. The only gap was that you personally weren’t updated while at sea, and we apologize for that miscommunication. Regarding the oil leak, our digital inspection did note multiple existing leaks on your vehicle. Since you weren’t available to review it, we understand how this could have been missed. Please also remember that all work performed is covered under our 36-month/36,000-mile nationwide warranty. You’ll find the details in your paperwork, or you’re welcome to call us directly so we can go over it together.
