Jaylene, your review is biased and directed at us in anger and vengeance because you are unhappy that your Step Father no longer works with us. We did not respond at first since your Grandfather said he would have you remove it. $128 for a synthetic oil change is good price for VW with the special oil filter and 8 Quarts of Synthetic oil. If you went to parts store it would cost you around $90 to purchase the correct oil and filter. furthermore if it wasn't a good price then why would your Grandfather bring this car back here twice since you posted this review. We wish you well!
