Absolutely the most terrible experience I've had in a car repair shop, and I've been to a few. The only good thing there is Jen and the complimentary snacks. The guy in the front office didn't have any customer service skills whatsoever. He obviously hates his job. He didn't handle the situation well at all. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
