I come to them for a diagnostic on my control arms that I installed myself and they told me they were installed improperly and that they need 2 hours to fix them. I told them to take it off the rack and I fixed the problem myself within 20 mins. They just needed to be tightened a little more. Moral of the story Honest 1 isn't truly honest. Im not one to write reviews frequently in fact this is my first time writing a review, so it says a lot.

Tristian, We are sorry that we could not meet your needs. I reviewed your specific case with the technician. He concern was there might be underlying issues causing the control arms to have you bring it to us to look at. We try not to give the customer unrealistic expectations as to when a job will be completed. I could have taken 2 hours it could have been as simple as tightening the bolts. We were not sure and did not want to miss something that could cause you to be stranded someplace. Again we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations and hope that your car continues to run smoothly.
