Carlos and his team were professional, communicative and on time. They even pick me up at the hotel because my car was stranded overnight in Deltona. Highly recommended.

I have been to many repair shops in my lifetime. Honest - 1 - Auto is by far the best!! they treat you with respect, kindness and friendliness - to make you feel comfortable. And speaking of comfortable - wait till you check out their lounge! Carlos is wonderful and really cares about his job and how you feel. It is very evident. I truly recommend you give them a try- there's no returning to anyone else. Thanks Carlos!

These guys really care about you. Friendly, cost-effective --yes I mean cost-effective! They don't try to upgrade you to something you don't need and ladies -they don't scare you into needing something you don't. They're great- Give them a chance - you will stick with them. Carlos will take care of you!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Not only were we offered cold beverages and snacks upon arrival, but the employees had the utmost respect and empathy for our situation and displayed incredible management skills. We were even given a ride via shuttle to a nearby restaurant while we waited for a diagnosis, and we were taken into consideration in a timely and affordable fashion. Very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend Honest-1 Auto Care before any other shop!! Thank you!

Not thinking so honest they wanted $1900 to install $500 in parts. Got it done for $1200
