Joe, we appreciate the feedback and sorry we did not meet your expectations. Also sorry to hear the carwash damaged your tires. To properly replace the valve stems, we have to remove both tires, dismount the tires from the rims, put in new stems, check for leakage, balance the tires, reset the TPMS sensors and then put them back on your car. The last two steps some places may not perform but we believe in doing things right and we want your car to drive right when you leave. We do wish you the best, H1 Team

Tristian, We are sorry that we could not meet your needs. I reviewed your specific case with the technician. He concern was there might be underlying issues causing the control arms to have you bring it to us to look at. We try not to give the customer unrealistic expectations as to when a job will be completed. I could have taken 2 hours it could have been as simple as tightening the bolts. We were not sure and did not want to miss something that could cause you to be stranded someplace. Again we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations and hope that your car continues to run smoothly.
