Carlos and the whole team did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my 2009 Ford Escape. My car broke down on New Year's Eve and after speaking with Carlos I decided to have Honest-1 repair it. He set up the towing and promised to start working on it immediately following the holiday and true to his word, they did. Honest-1 diagnosed my vehicle, informed me of the results and got my approval before completing the repairs. Very professional and extremely courteous. Over many years professionally driving over the road I have had my share of breakdowns and you are always at someone's mercy for qualified timely work and it's been my experience that sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. This was a major win for me! I will be bringing my vehicles to Honest-1 in the future and am happy to recommend this business to everyone.

My car needed a lot of work and has an extended warranty. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure that when I got my car back everything was taken care of, even as far as calling the dealership for the next step I need.

Honest 1 is the best repair shop in america. Been going here for years, the service is next level.. I always check after mechanics and havent cought them in a lie. Cant say the same for other repair ahops.

Fair price for work but the additional perks have made me a repeat customer. The shop is clean and relaxing. The shuttle service makes it easy for 1-car families. The updates via pictures and suggested services was awesome. This is a place I would feel comfortable sending my wife who knows nothing about cars.
