From when I called and made an appointment until I left everything went smoothly both with Chris inside and the guys turning the wrenches. A job well done and quickly to boot!

The guys were great and friendly. But I do have an issue since I had oil change done my engine malfunction light has come on. But I did get a coupon in mail today for s free warning light check so I will be back.

Chris serviced my wife’s Nissan sent her pictures of repairs needed and wasn’t pushy. Love that place need more people like him!!!! Keep up the great work guys!

Update !!! Beware !!! The next day I drove the vehicle a few miles and the AC high pressure line that they had replaced blew. Took it back to them since they had just worked on it. Air in the line caused it to blow? Quoted about $1200 for AC repairs needing a new compressor or condenser now( sorry, don't remember which one now). I asked if I would at least get a credit for the $300 I paid the day before to replace the hose. Offered $100 off? Took it to a friend who paid $60 for a part and I had cold air again. So are they rip-offs or just totally incompetent. Truthfully I don't know ... but will I take a chance on them again. Never !!! So disappointed, I thought I had found someplace I could trust. I will still give them this ... they are very friendly and offer great customer support as you are being screwed. Honest, not so much. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Went in because vehicle ac stopped cooling and vehicle was sluggish starting. Made an appointment online, was seen as soon as I arrived. Nice clean environment, staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I felt very comfortable and at ease dealing with them. Recieved courtesy transportation home while my vehicle was serviced. They called shortly thereafter to inform me of repairs needed and costs. When all was done they came to pick me up and return me to the shop. Prices for repairs were reasonable, service was A+, and I have cold air again, woohoo !!! I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Thank you, thought I had a leak, ran over some metal that fell off a truck, theu checked it out, no leak.. and didn't even charge me will be returning if I have any more problems that need attention

I have been coming here for years and now I completely regret it. I am a young female, don't know a lot about repairing my car but I try to keep up and I have been taken advantage of. Money poured down the drain. When I came in for an oil change (which I have many times) they could not find my records and even said "this is your first time here". They found I needed work done costing around $1,500 that I've had done there before, but could not find my records- super convenient. I found my own records about a month later and brought them in and the work I had done is about 23 days out of warranty- so I spent $1,500 on a bad job that needed to be completely replaced and was 23 days too late. And even after clearly showing that I am upset they offered me nothing. NOTHING. I called wanting to speak to a manager or the owner and spoke to their front desk guy (who I've been working with this whole time) and he was extremely rude, he raised his voice at me, and defended his poor customer service. NOT the way you speak to a lady! As a loyal customer who has been coming there for years, I am done. I was told I would get a call on Thursday, they do have the opportunity to make this right, and I hope they do because I have recommended a ton of my friends and family to this place.

This guys hold their title they really are honest, not like other places i been before where they try to sell me stuff & the price is ridiculous high, this guys are honest, if there's nothing wrong with your car they tell you your car is good & not trying to sell you anything, if there's something wrong they give you a very fair price, & honesty is what I value.
