I made an appointment for Saturday at 9 o’clock for diagnostic as my car was making a noise. Dropped the car off. Customer service was good gentleman at the front was friendly called at 1 PM as I had not yet heard anything. They said they would call me back in five minutes as he could see the car was still sitting in the parking lot meaning it was never taken back. They called about an hour later stating what was wrong with the car, which is what my husband told them he thought was wrong which was wheel bearings for one tire. We were Quoted $825 on the phone when we got there to pick it up the estimate was over $1,000 when we inquired why the price went up we were told it was $825 on the phone they didn’t know why it went up just stated well this is the price now. How it went up over $200 in the 30 minutes it took us to pick up the car I’m not sure. Needless to say we will not be bringing our car back there for service and it has me wondering, did they actually do a diagnostic or did they only look at what my husband thought the issue was to begin with and agreed with him..

Clean Store and shop, nice and professional service writers, what else could you ask for? Wife’s Van was blowing warm and we have three little ones so we needed our family vehicle fixed quickly. I dropped our Van off on Monday without an appointment and we had it back by Wednesday! Digital Inspection they send you creates transparency with the concern that you have with your vehicle and adds another layer of trust so you can make an informed decision. I would recommend honest one over any auto care company. The shop is clean and pristine they make you feel welcome and I would trust them with any vehicle I ever had. They don’t oversell you they give you options and they work with your budget. They work with you and I appreciate that.

Terrible experience. The women working there is extremely rude. I had an apt, I was on time. They took walk ins and never communicated they were running behind. The guy I booked with knew i was bringing my children in advance. The part didn’t arrive until 15 minutes after my apt time, from there my car sat for another hour before anyone moved it. I had to inquire several times with the service team clueless it hadn’t gone back yet. There is a serious lack of communication and customer service. There is no reason I needed to be in the shop for 2 hours with children because of their lack of communication. And when you inquire you get a nasty rude lady whose says I have to wait my turn as they took more work than people and didn’t communicate they were running behind. This is not an honest shop and I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere. In addition the week before when I was in there I witnessed the women be rude with another customer, and when the lady left and came back the other guy and her were making smart comments, seriously, what kind of business is this. Totally unprofessional.
