I made an appointment for Saturday at 9 o’clock for diagnostic as my car was making a noise. Dropped the car off. Customer service was good gentleman at the front was friendly called at 1 PM as I had not yet heard anything. They said they would call me back in five minutes as he could see the car was still sitting in the parking lot meaning it was never taken back. They called about an hour later stating what was wrong with the car, which is what my husband told them he thought was wrong which was wheel bearings for one tire. We were Quoted $825 on the phone when we got there to pick it up the estimate was over $1,000 when we inquired why the price went up we were told it was $825 on the phone they didn’t know why it went up just stated well this is the price now. How it went up over $200 in the 30 minutes it took us to pick up the car I’m not sure. Needless to say we will not be bringing our car back there for service and it has me wondering, did they actually do a diagnostic or did they only look at what my husband thought the issue was to begin with and agreed with him..
