Prior to my last visit I would have given 5 stars. New staff this go and was not entirely over the top fabulous like it use to be. Not sure if it was just the day I went vs the past but just didn’t hit. Hopefully not new management that changed this. Last visit was probably about a year ago, recent visit was yesterday for comparison. Unfortunately don’t know the old staffs name that made this place absolutely exceptional. We discussed just going wherever next time as it’s not worth it to go out of our way to make sure we go here. I know there’s no exact point in my review however it’s just the staff that made a difference and went above and beyond along with making the wait feel very comfortable. The vibe, communication, atmosphere, knowledge, And other human aspects of the place have gotten this to a mediocre place that isn’t worth just going to any place to get your vehicle serviced. This goes for office and mechanics. Edit: just remembered some things. Use to sign a paper every visit for cost it would have like if cost goes over x amount confirm with me first or confirm any cost with me before proceeding and you’d choose and sign the document. Each visit no matter how small the work was. This did not occur this time. Also got a verbal “quote” from what seemed to be a manager not the guy checking me in, the quote wasn’t accurate as they use to give exact quotes before work was completed. He said 89.99 synthetic oil. Cool I knew I had rewards and military to use. Without the print out of the actual quote like they use to I did not see the extra fees. I wish I had an old receipt but we have got a new vehicle and I don’t have any saved. Something is definitely off though. Second, we didn’t get an in progress and final text with photos and updates. It use to be a link right to my personal account page with everything the mechanic saw passed or failed and photos of the vehicle and any aspect that needed to be addressed. Never got that. A desk guy did come over and say they can’t check the filter due to location, fine, but crazy old staff would have asked if taking the extra time to do so is okay that wasn’t even an option just they won’t be doing so. And was told from across the room oh also wipers but I know you’re not doing that today. Third, mechanics moved stuff in the car, they use to never touch anything and if they did to get to something they needed they would be sure to put it back. Not sure if it was moved by hand, during drive, or during lift but I’ve never had them not be sure it is looking the same way they took it back, at minimum informing me why they could not put something back.
