After coming in to get a diagnosis on my Mercedes I was quoted 1590.00 to replace a wheel bearing. Thinking that was a little high I called the Mercedes shop I had normally dealt with. ( I was looking for a closer shop). The Mercedes shop quoted a price of 549.00. To say that I was mad is an understatement. After taking my car to the Mercedes shop they said I did not need a wheel bearing but 3 tires. 😡 i will never use your service again
Hi Kim, I'm truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience at our shop. We take every concern seriously and always strive to ensure our customers feel confident in the service they receive. Following a thorough inspection and test drive by one of our ASE-certified technicians, we determined that the front wheel bearing on your vehicle was worn and needed to be replaced. We recommend replacing both the wheel bearing and the wheel hub to complete the repair properly and ensure long-term reliability. Our pricing may not be the lowest, but we base our estimates on high-quality parts and expert labor. All our repairs are backed by a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty, whichever comes last—because we stand behind the work we do. Additionally, we advised that your tires were in poor condition and provided a quote to replace them, which you chose not to pursue. Our goal is always to provide clear, thorough assessments so you can make informed decisions about your vehicle’s care. While we're disappointed, we couldn't earn your trust this time, we hope you and your Mercedes are back on the road safely. Wishing you all the best,
