Deltona Auto Repair

I brought my van to be checked and I was told the fee to diagnose the vehicle was roughly $100... after a few hours I was told that they had to do a smoke test to find the problem and that the new price for the check up was $200 to find out what the problem was. I was not happy about that but I said ok to the $200 total to diagnose the vehicle. The next day I had to call to get an update and I was told the vehicle needs multiple items to repair the vehicle which would total in the thousands since the manifold had to be replaced alongside some other items. I told the service advisor I couldn’t do those repairs and I would go to pick up my vehicle. When I arrive, thinking I was going to pay $200 for no repairs, I was told I had to pay $340... I was livid because not only was that not the price I was told but no repairs were performed. Long story short I would never bring any of my vehicles to your shop but I will make sure to tell everybody I know and online on all the review places I can find about this u pleasant encounter. In my opinion you need to change your name to something more suitable to the way you handle business.

I went in to get four new tires! I was so completely impressed how clean and nice the waiting area was!! The staff was so nice and offered me something to drink while I waited! I have never been to such a comfortable clean auto place in my life!!! I drove 23 miles to just go here and I will be making this my number one place from now on! So worth the drive! I was so relaxed and watching t.v. That I did not hear them call my name when my car was done!! Thank you for a excellent experience!! I will be back!!

Had a nail in my tire. They patched me up quick. Ally was amazing.

Worst visit ever. I brought my vehicle in for a repair, where the next day the back seat was in total disarray. My child's car seat was removed and thrown aside, and was partially disassembled as well. I spoke with the manager. He could not provide me with an explanation as to why the car seat was removed whatsoever. Vehicle was also left unlocked in the parking lot. Manager said it was just brought out to the lot, which was not true. Vehicle was still not operating properly after service. Never had issues with Honest One until this occurred. Nonetheless, I will not return to this center, nor recommend...
