I have been to this location a few times in the past and they seemed like genuinely nice people. I went in last month with a concern that I had with my Mustang GT Convertible. When I would turn the key on the ignition there was a loud clicking noise coming from under the dash. I researched the problem online and found that there is an actuator for the AC/blend door that goes bad and it's a very simple repair. I took it in and told them I already knew what the problem was with the car and asked for a quote to replace it. They said they had to look at the car first to determine if that was indeed the issue. They had it for about 2 hours and then informed me that, yes, the actuator was the problem and they would have to order it. This was on a Friday. They said they would let me know when the part was in. I asked if I needed to pay for the part up front and they told me no, they had my information and would get back with me. Tuesday rolls around and I have not heard anything from them. So I called them. I told the guy who answered the phone that I had not heard from them regarding the part. He checks around for a few minutes and comes back to the phone saying, that part is not in yet. We will call you when it does come in. This was a month ago. I never received a call, voicemail, missed call, nothing...You guys dropped the ball and I am not happy. UPDATE 8/10/18: I still have not heard from this place regarding the parts they supposedly ordered for me. The only thing that has happened is that they left a response to my review here saying that I had a subsequent visit, which I did not since they have never contacted me again. This place is obviously disorganized and bad with customer service.
