Eric and your crew we're very prompt and speedy when it came to servicing my Volkswagen. I was surprised to know they work on import vehicles, and will return to honest 1 for any more work that would be needed. Thanks guys!

Very professional business. Personnel were pleasant and cheerful. Eric was very thorough in diagnosing my vehicles problems. He explained the required work my vehicle needed. He was very patient with me to insure that I understood the required process. The staff and the manager kept me updated on parts received, work being done and estimated time of completion. This is my second time visiting them and I'm going to continue to use this company for all of my future automotive repairs and their professional advice. Outstanding work!!

There’s nothing honest about this auto shop. They want you to replaced everything, instead of the one part that needs to be fixed. Take your car elsewhere, trust it would save you money.

Mr Edwards, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that we did an inadequate job of explaining the work needed. When the vanes on an AC compressor breaks it sends metal fragments through out the system. If we replace just the compressor, those metal fragments at some point in time will work their way back to the new compressor ruining it. It could be a few days or a few months. We did not want the compressor to fail on you again and then have you extremely upset having to replace the compressor a second time. We wish you the very best and hope that you do give us a try again. Take care, H1 Team
