I don't think I've had an experience with an auto care shop quite like the one I had here. Everyone was extremely kind and nice, explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and I didn't feel like I was being screwed over at the end of the day. This is now my default place to take any car I own in the future. Great, great customer service. Highly recommended.

Had my truck in for repairs. Now looking at a blown engine from the repairs they did. Trying to see if they are honest on paying for the repairs from the dealership.

Hello Andrea. I spoke to you when you called this morning. The Store Manager will be in contact with you. Since our work is backed with a nationwide three year/36,000 mile warranty, our customers typically return if there is an issue. Nine months has passed since we have seen your vehicle, so we will need to confirm the status of the vehicle. Without confirming the condition, it is going to be difficult to have any follow-up, more or less one that on another shops analysis. As stated earlier, my Store Manager is off today, I have information ready for him upon his return to work.

Brought my 2000 Toyota Echo in for oil change today, previously phoned ahead to schedule appointment, was actually about 10 minutes late due to having an unwell dog at home, My car was ready in less than an hour.

Got in same day to get my air conditioner worked on, very nice/professional employees, great waiting area, and now my air works great!

7.24.18 Received a discount oil change flyer & came in to get a full synthetic oil change. Beautiful, clean office & building upon arrival . One of the reps advised me because I didn't have an appointment they will try to squeeze me in. I inquired about additional services like a coolant flush & transmission flush. They answered my questions but in a tone as if this is common knowledge, like I'm bothering them requesting info on there services. So it's been roughly 45 min & I thought I'd ask just to see where I would be able to fit in. The Rep said I told you we would squeeze you in since you didn't have an Apt. Which im aware of but if it inst going to be till 6pm I'd like to know. He then responded with as soon as we can.... All I want is a time .... I hope they treat our vehicles better than they respond to customers. I chose this company because of there location & discounts. Looks like I'll be making the extra trip in the future to a more respectable business.

Brennan, We apologize for the poor service. We do get hectic and we do try to accommodate every one with/without an appointment but that is absolutely no excuse for not explaining the services completely and for not giving you updates on getting your car into the shop. They sure own up to their name Honest-1. I took my car in there this morning for a gas smell. They got me in right away and then informed me that it had a recall on it and take it to the dealer. Ira was the one that informed me of the recall I had no idea. Andrew is just as helpful and the whole shop is courteous. That was my second time going to them and they will be the only place I take my vehicle from now on.
