I was very impressed with the service on my wife's car. Estimate on repairs was accurate and unchanged at pickup of vehicle. We have found our permanent autocare.

While visiting from Montreal, the direction light in my car burnt and I brought it there without an appointment. These guys are awesome!! They fixed it right away, no hassles. My mom will be taking her car there from now on when she spends her winters in Florida.

I received a coupon for an oil change, so I made an appointment for this service. Unfortunately, I could not find the coupon on the day of the appointment. They honored the coupon price anyway. The staff was friendly. The customer waiting area is clean and well appointed. The service was prompt and besides suggesting that I needed new wiper blades, they did not try to upsell. I have already told several of my friends about my experience.

Great experience!! My appointment was at 7am and they had my truck on the rack at 7:02. I was out by 7:30 with no hidden charges, no add ons ... just explained I would need some brake maintenance soon. No pressure ... Just honest!

The worst care company ever, they lie and cheat you out of your money. Big T tires in orange city is a much better experience. A brake job at honest 1 cost me 858.00 dollars on a 2012 Camaro Big T tires quoted je $535.00. Honest 1 is full of it. T

Mr. Louis. I am very sorry you are not satisfied with the pricing on the work we did. I checked, and we did brake work on your Camaro about 6 months ago. We did not do any brake work on your Malibu but in any event, we would love to go over any pricing you have received and compare it to what we did. The work on your Camaro was more than typical pads/rotor replacement so that could be the difference. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction so please come in and let's go over the work/costs. We want you to be satisfied.
