Update Feb 2026 They went from excellent to terrible in the last year. Jen gets 10 stars over and over!!!! Others who work there… BE AWARE. Personally, a clean, comfortable lobby is not worth poor service. We’ve been loyal customers for over a decade. When you find a great mechanic, you stick with them until the service model changes for the worse. Recently, we were asked to pay an hourly diagnostic fee just to confirm an emissions code we already had on another vehicle, and then again for a printout, despite advertised free scan with printout coupons. That was our first red flag. We later returned for brake service under a “free pads for life” promotion we had in writing. They tried multiple tactics to get out of their own signed agreement. After multiple calls, no one would provide pricing without an “appointment”, and once there, the agreement still wasn’t honored until Jen stepped in. Others wanted to charge full price, then discounted a little, then a little more. She is truly the heart of this place. She assisted in reading the document and cut the BS. Without her, we would have walked. Still paid more than I should have, especially compared to others. We were still trying to give our favorite shop the benefit of the doubt. Despite scheduling a shuttle in advance, communication was poor, delays were not communicated, and we were told to “come pick it up” after being shuttled home. Once again, Jen saved the day by personally picking us up after her work hours due to others lack of service and communication. The email notifications you once received explaining everything with pictures is now not customer friendly for those that don’t understand automotive terms, good luck. This shop used to treat customers like family. Now it feels driven by greed, poor communication, and upselling. We recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere but absolutely stop by and give Jen some appreciation. She deserves it 💯
