My father suggested Honest-1 Auto Care after he had the oil changed on his Cadillac Crossover which is his "baby" and he was very happy with the service. I made an appointment to have my brakes done March 17th, (which I did online and find this very convenient) and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. They examined my vehicle, gave me an estimate on time and cost, and then was given a ride home! It was a pleasant experience and the Deltona Honest-1 Auto Care has my business.

Appointment was scheduled and a driver took me home to await the finish of the work on my car. It took over 7 hours to complete the repairs. My only negative was that I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to pick me up (2 miles away) and that is an area they might want to work on. Work was completed correctly.

Today was my first times there. It will not be my last time. The personnel was very friendly and they listen to what I thought was wrong with my car. When the car was checked out it was what I thought might be wrong. Had my a car back in just a little time. Berry S my technician professional with my service. Looking forward to seeing him again when I need to go back to have work done. Great Job!

Actually deserves "0" Stars...... Been here twice and each time the price advertised/quoted was not the price we were charged. Made an appointment for an oil change with a $49.95 coupon (up to 5 quarts of oil). My F150 apparently takes 5.7 quarts. Instead of being told that prior to the work being done I was charged $67 oil $11.98 for a filter and $9 for labor...as well as $16 for tire rotation. When I questioned the bill I was told they had to use an extra quart of oil so they didn't give me the coupon. What a rip off! Ridiculous! I was hoping this place would be and "HONEST" place to go that is close to home, practically in our back yard. NOPE! I'll go back to taking my vehicles to J&K Automotive in Apopka, where I pay what I'm quoted and no "sticker shock" afterward.

Leslie, we are very sorry about any mistakes with the coupons. Please come into the shop and we will give you 100% credit for all of the work you have had done, not just the last oil change. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. The oil change pricing is for 5 quarts of oil. We should have told you upfront that your truck took more than the 5 quarts. Our mistake.
