I recommend Honest 1 in Deltona for various reasons: the appointment on time, finding solutions to my car needs was met, the place looks and feels fabulous, and the customer care service was great.

We brought our Nissan into Honest 1 at the Deltona location. I must say the facility is not what you would expect of a repair shop. Its absolutely beautiful inside. You can see everything that the mechanics are doing on your car at all times. And the consulatant that helped us, Vanessa, was nice, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She was top notch. I will recommend Honest 1 to anyone I know who needs any type of repairs on their vehicle.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! BEING A FEMALE NEEDING CAR MAINTENANCE, I WAS SCEPTICAL! BUT THE NAME SAID "HONEST-1" SO I PRAYED ABOUT IT AND WENT! I 'FELT' COMFORTABLE SIMPLY WALKING INTO THE PLACE! AND THEN ANDREW HAPPENED!!! HIS SOFT DEMEANOR SEALED THE DEAL FOR ME! I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE! I ASKED A TON OF QUESTIONS BECAUSE I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS 😒 ANDREW ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT MAKING ME FEEL FOOLISH OR SRUPID! THIS IS THE HOSPITAL FOR MY MERCEDES BENZ!!! THANK YOU ANDREW AND THE HONEST-1 FAMILY!!! MY CAR IS RUNNING GREAT!

My husband typically takes the car and never has a problem. He is always in and out. I go there today and am met with the rudest man ever. Keep in mind there no one in the waiting area and barely any cars in the parking lot or being worked on. I told him i needed an oil change. I am then told they are having problems in the office and if i can come back later. I asked what later meant. He starts developing an attitude and keeps repeating later. So i keep asking for more specifics on later. He then says i am attacking him and that i can schedule an appointment for later that week. At that point i finally got an attitude back because i was being treated awful in front of my kids. Having a sexist man like that at the front is not smart. I will personally never go back there.

Fast service and Quality work. Vanessa was very helpful and pleasant. The waiting room is so much better then other shops.

The employees were super nice!! I called to make sure they had time to help me and they said no problem. Dropped my car off and left. I recieved a call about additional services needed but I wasn't pressured into purchasing the service. Will be back!!

Talked to me like a person and not a bank account. Vanessa quickly helped me while finding the best option of going about the maintenance needed the van. (Came in thinking I needed brakes and rotors on top of oil change and mileage maintenance, turned out they were fine!) Very modern clean waiting area with coffee, soda, water and snacks. Had a television that played clips from late night shows, news and regular television. Also had a small area for the kids. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. Place smelled amazing. Overall a very positive experience. I would recommend highly.
