Apt was at 7:30 am was in and out by 8:20 am! Wow! Great friendly customer service will definately be a return customer!!

They have always been fantastic! When I found the Groupon for 4 oil changes and other services for a fraction of the normal price! I was excited to be able to go back and get the high quality service, that I have always received from Honest-1. Thanks guys! Jessica

Absolutely great place to have work done on your car. They have a great facility and wonderful staff. Wont take my car to anywhere else. Highly recommend

This the most dis-'Honest' auto repair shop ever. They told me that I had $1800 of repairs needed for my brakes, took my car to a real 'Honest' repair shop and they fix for $600.

Mr. Harrell, We apologize for your consternation with the service we provided. We always want to make sure our customers leave fully understanding what we found and the work and cost of those services. We obviously did an inadequate job of explaining that to you. We are truly, truly sorry about that. We will give you a call to at least go over the print out of the recommended services and to go over the digital inspection report we sent you. It has pictures of the damaged front brakes but the back brakes being in good condition and us not recommending anything to be done with them. The large expense recommended was the struts not the front brake repair. Again we are sorry that we did a poor job of explaining the recommended services and costs. We wish you the very best. I have only had very positive experiences here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and comfortable, offering coffee and snacks. They never try to push extra, unnecessary services and I feel comfortable here, especially as a lady, that I will not be taken asvantage of.

Elizabeth. We really strive to make our shop female inviting. Actually almost 2/3rds of our customers are women. We went as far as getting Ask Patty Certified which is a female owned organization that inspects and trains companies to be female friendly. We are the only autoshop in the area certified. I digressed, sorry. We love having you come in and we look forward to seeing you in the future. H1 Team

My wife and I were pleased with the facilities our car was fixed the first time. We were very happy with the employee Vanessa, which who was very nice and thoughtful. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars there and telling our friends.
