I am not one that likes to leave reviews, but I can not pass up on this opportunity. Andrew, Ira and George made my experience at Honest-1 auto care shop the best ever! They were very accommodating and professional. I know auto shops around the area come a dime a dozen, but customer service puts Honest-1 over the top.

Excellent everything. First time at Honest-1. Honda '03 with brake lights staying on. They knew exactly what it was. Problem was a switch behind panel near brake pedal. They resolved my problem in less than fifteen minutes and charged me nothing. Honest!

Friendly, professional, helped me out in a crunch with a faulty transmission. Andrew handled the majority of the questions and solutions and went out of his way to help. One swallow does not a summer make, but I'll return to see if they're just as good in the future.

AS good an experience as one could have when your transmission stops working unexpectedly away from home. They did it all and did it well. I'll return, even over the Toyota dealer I've used since I bought the van.

I walked in with no appointment this weekend because I had two screws in my tire and they got it fixed real quick

I love ira and his team. Such great mechanics. They are always kind to me when I get my oil changed.

Took my car and dropped it off saturday at 1030am. They told me it would be an hour, hour and a half. I hadnt heard anything by 1215pm so i called them. In which they said they havent gotten to it yet. I understand if your busy, but at least call and update the timeframe so im not trying to pass time....
