well organized environment very neat and clean the customer support from team member vanessa was great as well everyone is really nice and polite.

I brought my Chevy Captiva for an oil change and a few repairs including a serpentine belt. When I got my captiva home I noticed the belt made a terrible high pitch squealing sound. I called the shop and they got me in almost immediately to check it out. At first they said they didn’t hear it and sent me on my way. Andrew the manager got back from vacation and picked up on the issue and had me come at my earliest convenience. I stopped in, unannounced, and even though he was busy he still made the time to come out and listen to the sound it was making. He heard it and asked me to bring it back the next day so he could fix the reason why it was squealing,needed a tensioner put on. He had my car fixed in less than 2 hours and it runs great and sounds great! This isn’t my first great experience with them and I’m sure it won’t be my last!

Wanted to amend a review but I can’t seem to find it. No matter. There was an issue but they took care of it. It was the way they took care of it. That’s the five stars. I was pretty upset about the way things went down but apparently the owner was out or something when my daughter brought the car back and she didn’t quite receive the care one would expect. Especially after all the great things we heard. I’m not sure that the owner being gone says a lot for the employees but whatever. They went above and beyond to take care of it and That’s that. Thank you
