7.24.18 Received a discount oil change flyer & came in to get a full synthetic oil change. Beautiful, clean office & building upon arrival . One of the reps advised me because I didn't have an appointment they will try to squeeze me in. I inquired about additional services like a coolant flush & transmission flush. They answered my questions but in a tone as if this is common knowledge, like I'm bothering them requesting info on there services. So it's been roughly 45 min & I thought I'd ask just to see where I would be able to fit in. The Rep said I told you we would squeeze you in since you didn't have an Apt. Which im aware of but if it inst going to be till 6pm I'd like to know. He then responded with as soon as we can.... All I want is a time .... I hope they treat our vehicles better than they respond to customers. I chose this company because of there location & discounts. Looks like I'll be making the extra trip in the future to a more respectable business.
Brennan, We apologize for the poor service. We do get hectic and we do try to accommodate every one with/without an appointment but that is absolutely no excuse for not explaining the services completely and for not giving you updates on getting your car into the shop.
