Went in for a simple oil change and came back to my driver window being stuck down in my door. The window did have prior issues, but never has it fell past the point to where it couldn’t easily be pulled up. While asking the attendant in the office why this had happened, he said that mechanics always roll the windows down and it’s my fault for not warning them the window was messed up. Now I have to fix the window which never should have been touched, the work that needed to be done was under my car. Will never return to this shop.

Way overpriced, and they will lie to you if something is or isn't broken.

The employees were great with helping us get things figured out with our vehicle. We were stuck in Florida from Colorado. Vanessa was extremely empathetic and helped us with all our our questions. Vanessa and the staff were all great! Highly recommend

I like the staff, everyone is friendly and willing to help. The service they give is amazing. A little on the high end price wise, they charge over for most everything. However they are willing to fix mistakes and their warranties are good. 👍

Got waaaaay overcharged for a starter. Online, a new one was $75. They charged me over $400. Then they wanted my to go in and talk to manager about the price. I shouldn't have to do that. Never again. Pep boys is much more reasonable. Update: manager called and said the people running it previously were gone and offered a free oil change to try them again. I just can't bring myself to do that. Still do not trust them.

Mr Casey,, I am glad we were able to talk last week to discuss your friends car that we worked on in 2017. I could not find any starter work done on your car so the clarification was good. As we talked, pricing can vary significantly on the type of part installed; OEM, new but secondary supplier, re-manufactured, Chinese clone, or used and the availability of the part at the time. Being so long ago, I cannot tell what the part availability was and thus the reason we had to go to the manufacturer for the part. We agree, our Service Advisor at the time should have asked when you needed the car back and if given a few days, a remanufactured part meeting OEM specs might have been found. That would have been cheaper and is an option we do discuss with our customers if available. We don't use clone or used parts because of the workmanship warranty we provide. Called for a pol change and got an appointment time for only 20 minutes later. Got there at 330pm and left by 410pm. Very satisfied with all of our visits. We bring both our vehicles there. As do our children. Would not go anywhere else. Vanessa always takes care of us and is always very professional and honest.

I think Honest 1 Auto Care is terrific. I've visited them 3 times now and each time they listened to my requests, inspected my car completely, gave me a detailed written estimate that was reasonably priced, but what was really amazing was that they only listed items that they noticed, that I already knew needed maintenance or attention, but I had NOT told them what they were. They didn't add anything I didn't need. That's honesty if you ask me. I was very satisfied with the finished work. My car sounds and rides great again, and I haven't had to take it back to my Ford dealer since I started coming here. Plus, customer service is excellent with friendly, patient people, along with comfortable, clean waiting areas with amenities.

First, I would like to say I waited three months since I had my first repair done there to write this review. I just wanted to make sure that their work was solid and wasn't just a band-aid. I also wanted to take time to get the emotion of the cost of the repair out of it, since the repair work done to my car was extensive and costly. I just moved to Florida in February. I had a great mechanic shop that took care of all our cars. I wanted to find that here, but everyone kept telling me that doesn't exist in this area of Florida. I called my mechanics and asked them if they could look over the net and potentially recommend someone that could do the work. This was who they recommended because they went out of their way to get extra certifications they didn't need to, like a pledge that they are a woman-friendly store that won't rip them off and is backed by other mechanics. I own a 2013 Fiat, which there aren't many of. It's a difficult car to get repaired because not many people have experience working on it and the parts distributors don't carry all their parts. It makes repairs cost more and take longer than my other cars. I knew that I need two new front axles and started calling around for costs. I called two Fiat dealerships and two other mechanics in the area plus checked two mechanic sites on the internet. The quotes were all over the place, with even the two Fiat dealerships pretty off in their costs. When I called this shop, I spoke to Vanessa who explained that she could quote a number but would prefer to see the car and just make sure. I took the car in and they gave me very detailed explanations on what the charges would be if everything worked out smoothly and the cost if absolutely everything had to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty and attempt to save me money, since it was not a cheap fix. Ultimately, the repair required was the costliest one, but I was appreciative of the fact they tried everything else before we settled for the most expensive option. It took a day longer than expected, but that was because their supplier had to special order a part that took a day longer to get there. Since the repair, I received a follow up to see how everything was holding up. I'm not too worried about it because the warranty given on the work is fantastic. I also took my car there to get the oil change a month later, which again isn't all that easy sure to the car being so different than many others. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations again. While I'm the type of person that always gets at least a second estimate on the cost of repairs, this company will always be considered my top choice and go to place. In fact, I have my sons in Tennessee now going to a different Honest One up there and they are also amazing and professional. So it isn't like this is just a one off situation, they are all that good.

I came in with no appointment at 7am and Vanessa got me in and out, in a shorter time that I was told. I love this place. It's very warm and inviting. And no trying to sell you. She did great with all the customers.
