excellent prices and service and they dont give you the shaft on fake repairs

My service engine light came on and I took my car into Honest-1 and was very happy on how clean the waiting room was with beverage offered for all. The staff also provided updated info what needed to be done and they were they provided a ride to my home and a pick up when my car was ready and the work was excellent . They also provided additional work that needed to be done I recommend everyone to try them out .

Super impressed with Honest1! The facility was clean and inviting. You can tell that they want women to feel comfortable. My brakes were fixed in about an hour (after walking in without an appointment), and they have financing available! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Honest-1 Auto Care . I must say I was impressed with the service I received via phone and when I came in. I was offered a same day apt. And thoroughly appreciate the honesty of a full vehicle inspection. Venessa was awesome, fantastic customer service skills. I was told upfront what issues I had and given expertise advice. I would recommend them to everyone I know. It was an experience I won’t ever forget. I will be back.

Great place for quick and curtious facility

I had a great experience here, after years of going back to the dealership for a simple oil change, I was told about Honest One. I had no pressure, no upsales. I felt comfortable as an older woman ( not knowing a great deal about cars) I would highly recommend this place.

My only oil change took over an hour. I was not treated with any respect. Very unhappy for the service provided.

I moved to Deltona in September, 2018, but I have taken my vehicle to the Honest 1 Car Care Center in 3201 N University Dr., Hollywood Fl. I felt only the necessary services were completed, within a reasonable time, and very fair pricing. Today, I brought in my 2002 Toyota to check squeaking rear brakes. The dealership told me that I had to do a brake job for the rears, estimated $150.00 I declined the service with the dealer. Honest 1 checked the rear brakes, and advised me that the rear brakes were fine, with "glazing: that I can correct, at no cost. The bill was only $24.95 for the diagnosis of the squeaking rear brakes, a lot less than what I would have paid at the dealer if the brake job was done as recommended. Honest 1 told me all I had to do is drive the car at speed and step on the brakes, a few times, obviously when it was safe to do so, and this will remove the "glazing" on the brakes, and eliminate the squeaking. Thanks for the great (and cheap) service, and I will be back for my other service needs. My daughter lives in Portland, Oregon, and there's an Honest 1 shop less than a mile from where she lives. I will tell her to go to the Honest 1 shop, when she needs service for her car. Thanks again.
