There’s nothing honest about this auto shop. They want you to replaced everything, instead of the one part that needs to be fixed. Take your car elsewhere, trust it would save you money.

Mr Edwards, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that we did an inadequate job of explaining the work needed. When the vanes on an AC compressor breaks it sends metal fragments through out the system. If we replace just the compressor, those metal fragments at some point in time will work their way back to the new compressor ruining it. It could be a few days or a few months. We did not want the compressor to fail on you again and then have you extremely upset having to replace the compressor a second time. We wish you the very best and hope that you do give us a try again. Take care, H1 Team

Brought the car in for an AC issue, they promptly ran a diagnostic, assessed the issue and got me on my way. Great job excellent customer service.

I’ve been here a few times and everyone has always been very professional and kind. Service takes your typical time but they provide snacks and a variety of drinks. The play area for the kids was super handy when I had to bring my son with me. This time Eric helped me out and was great, I don’t remember everyone else’s names but thanks you guys rock!
