Derone, we take both customer feedback and our reputation very seriously, which is why this review is both concerning and confusing to us. Our records show your last visit to Honest-1 Auto Care was approximately a year ago. During that visit, no repair work was performed. We documented an oil leak and recommended repairs, which you declined. You also declined diagnostic testing to determine the cause of the check engine light. Because no services were authorized or completed, we cannot connect your statements about part quality or workmanship to any work performed at our facility. We have made multiple attempts to contact you to better understand your claims but have not received a response. Public accusations regarding incompetence and legal action are serious, and we would expect the opportunity to discuss them directly. If you believe this review refers to a different visit or location, or if there is additional information you would like to share, we ask that you contact our management team so this can be addressed properly.
