I have been to many repair shops in my lifetime. Honest - 1 - Auto is by far the best!! they treat you with respect, kindness and friendliness - to make you feel comfortable. And speaking of comfortable - wait till you check out their lounge! Carlos is wonderful and really cares about his job and how you feel. It is very evident. I truly recommend you give them a try- there's no returning to anyone else. Thanks Carlos!

These guys really care about you. Friendly, cost-effective --yes I mean cost-effective! They don't try to upgrade you to something you don't need and ladies -they don't scare you into needing something you don't. They're great- Give them a chance - you will stick with them. I've been to H1auto care 3 times in last 2months. Each time has been great they take pictures of everything an do not try to up sale . I sent my girl friend up there she loved the clean open lobby, along with the pictures, they showed her filter which was very dirty,so she changed it. Not a big deal, however she just had purchased the same filter at the local tire place 60 days ago,so that tire place did not change the filter. Today I stopped in with a low tire Carlos put the car up and found a little nail patched the tire and did not charge me. I and girlfriend will be going there for any car issues. went for an oil change and came out with carpets full of oil steps in the car. oops, they didn't realize. I had to ask them to clean up the carpets.

I purchased a Groupon for a VIP coupon on 12/30/19. I made an appt for an oil change and took my car in 12/31/19. I was upcharged $40.99 after the service, which I can only assume was labor since the Groupon said the oil changes were free. I honestly have no idea. The mechanic was nice and the service was quick. I have an appt this coming Monday 3/9/20 for a diagnostic for my check engine light being on. The guy I spoke to this morning said it is $148, but my coupon card says 1/2 free. We'll see what happens, and I'll update my review accordingly.
