RUNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! My son came in for a misfire issue and they charged him $179 for diagnoses just to tell him it’s a loose ignition coil. 2 days later another misfire. Upon bringing in his vehicle they told him 2 pistons are cracked and they want another $179 for diagnostic fees. When they didn’t catch it the first time. The SAME DAY. A tech drops a tool in the crank pulley and messes up the engine and the manager has the audacity to say “things happen man”. They will do anything including bullying to pay. The employees are super rude and disrespectful. DO NOT COME HERE.

Went for a diagnostic because of a check engine light on. After having the car majority of the day they tell me they couldn’t find the issue and had to drop the tank to do more research. Of course that’ll be a lot more money in there pocket and out of mine. $160 lost to these guys! I would’ve had the same results burning the money. Fancy looking shop but subpar service. Don’t recommend!

Recently family I've had issues with this shop. They tried to take advantage of a family members inexperience with cars quoting them $3000 for a job that should never cost more than $250

My daughter's 2005 Lexus was towed in after my daughter turned it off before it was exactly in Park. The keys were stuck in the ignition. Honest 1 charged me $159 diagnostic fee for a simple fix that just about every mechanic is aware of.... especially with old Lexus vehicles. Honest 1 stated I needed a new ignition lock cylinder, a new battery as well as other things. What Honest 1 did not realize is that two months ago I had the car thoroughly checked prior to my daughter driving it to Georgia and there were no problems. I also brought the vehicle to Auto Zone to make certain the battery was good and they confirmed that it was. The estimate for the ignition lock cylinder replacement was around $1,000 more than what it should have cost. Honest 1 left the keys in the ignition for days. I informed Honest 1 that I was having my car towed to another auto shop. My daughter grabs a can of WD 40 prior to us venturing over to Honest 1, gets in the car, sprays WD 40 in the ignition, and literally just turned the key and it came out. When the tow truck guy arrives, he jump starts the car. He stated he is a mechanic and there does not appear to be anything wrong with the ignition lock cylinder as a key getting stuck is a common occurrence and easily resolved. He also stated that the battery was draining from Honest 1 not removing the key. My daughter asked the guy in the auto shop did he ever think to use WD 40. He responded "Well, you got the keys out but the cylinder is still jammed. See how it won't start?" My daughter stated to him that she was able to turn the key fully. The car was shuttering to start because the battery was draining due to them not removing the key for days. He started getting angry and raising his voice. So unprofessional...He then stated the reason why he didn't want to take the key out is because he didn't want to risk breaking they key which made no sense as a new ignition lock cylinder comes with two new keys. My daughter drove to Auto Zone, had to purchase a new battery due to their negligence in not removing the key. I will be disputing the diagnostic fee and to compensate us for the new battery. I am sure they will respond. If they do, take the response with a grain of salt. My daughter and I are paralegals and are trained that anything submitted in written form be supported by facts.
