This place is fantastic! Terry Conklin and his team are absolutely wonderful people and I just happened to stop in on a whim when my car was acting funny and this will be the only place I take my car from now on!!!! Awesome customer service and hospitality!!!!!

Great customer service….Jen was exceptional….Felix outstanding…Erik congratulations on the promotion and I can see why ….enormously helpful…. Can’t remember the technicians name but thank you as well….from walking in the front door I was treated like I was the only customer (I wasn’t) but that was the professionalism and attention I was given…it felt great like good family….and that snack area 5star….ohhh can’t leave out the shuttle driver…(ride home guy)..top notch

Terry was awesome, very professional, communicated well and explained everything in a way that I understand. Was not dismissive at all. He was the greatest. They didn’t try to add extra stuff or scam me into doing extra services I didn’t need. Did everything at the best quality and lowest price and super fast. I will always come here from now on. Honest 1 Auto Care is the embodiment of integrity and truth. I went in to have my suspension checked and diagnosed to figure out the cause of a wobble. They immediately recognized a split and worn tire and pointed me in the right direction to get it situated. I will be returning here indefinitely for any and all car troubles.
