I have brought my farm truck to Honest 1 Auto Care in Deltona on several occasions and have experienced nothing but excellent service every time. Aj and Andrew have always been very thorough, informative, and transparent about needed repairs. They provide high quality care in a timely fashion and give updates all along the way. They even called me after I picked my vehicle up to make sure everything is working as expected. Would recommend them to a friend 10/10. Thanks guys!

I had a low tire. I tried several places to put air in tire and all four tires were different. Took it to Honest-1 in Deltona. All four tires are now where they should be for pressure. I did not end up having a flat tire. I received such great service and no bill. Thanks

I gave 5 stars only because I could not give more. I heard about this place through my wife’s friend and it was an hour from my home but it was well worth the drive! This place is incredible, from the cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms, to the great customer service, they truly take pride in what they do. They kept me updated in the entire process, I trusted every aspect of what they said because if they couldn’t do something they were honest and upfront. If you have any car issues you can ensure they are skilled to get it done and fixed right. I definitely will go back for any and all needed maintenance for my vehicle. My tire pressure was lower than it should've been. On my way out to the highway I stopped here. The employee stopped talking to his coworker and came up to me right away to see what I needed. I told him all my tires were a little low bit one was worse than the rest due to the weather change. He asked me to drive my car to the other side of the building where their air compressor was and filled all my tired after he checked the pressure on my door to make sure he put thw correct amount in foe my vehicle.

They really are honest, and don't make up stuff you need. They have always been professional and upfront with us servicing 2 of our cars. They will be taking care of our vehicles, usually when auto care places see "certain cars" they like to ramp up the charges but we have never had this experience with them. Also, we are pretty cognizant as to the performance after a mechanic works on our cars and they do take care of the issues with no new issues as a result of their work. Highly recommend 👌

We recently took our truck in with a loud noise coming from the drivers front side that we have been dealing with for months, seeming like the wheel bearing. We originally heard good reviews from friends and now after reading other online reviews that dealt with our same situation we see we made a big mistake not getting a second opinion. Trying to build a personal connection with us chatting about the Braves and distracting us from how long we were waiting and how they kept saying "it's a peculiar sound". We originally waited in the lobby for the diagnostic for over 3+ hours(which isn't a big deal) and could tell this is not where they thrive. If you need a regular maintenance they can handle it but if you have anything else to diagnose they just keep your car for hours and can't be HONEST that they don't know what is wrong. After 2 hours someone finally came out to tell us they have test drove it multiple times and checked multiple things and have NO CLUE what could be wrong. As we are sitting in the lobby with our NEW BORN just waiting on answers being very considerate waiting and not rushing them whatsoever. Another hour goes by and they come out to tell us its the RIGHT wheel bearing...when the noise was clearly coming from the left and ends up telling us we need to replace both wheel bearing. Regretfully we trust people to be honest and do good work so we agreed to replace both for $1400. Almost wanting to barf at that price but felt good that it was finally going to get fixed and I knew my family car would be safe to drive with my newborn. Take the truck back they have it for half the day and by the next day the truck is making the noise WORSE. I called back very upset that we just spent so much money to fix a problem that is now not fixed. We just had a baby and do not have endless income to blow for things that don't need to be fixed. All I got on the phone was "I'm sorry for your inconvenience can you bring it in tomorrow" thinking we have endless amounts of time to just bring it back in when we both have jobs and didn't plan to be coming back AGAIN. We made the appointment to go back then we looked online at the reviews. This seems to be a reoccurring issue here where they misdiagnose and then charge us more to fix another piece, because of that we didn't take it back. I am not trying to get taken advantage of AGAIN cause we trusted them the first time. We are now going to get a second opinion and have a feeling it never was the wheel bearings and have no idea if they even changed them in the first place just have to trust their words. They say they take pictures but I never got any pictures of the old or new wheel bearings for proof things were actually replaced. I am LIVID we dropped all this money to not get this issue fixed when they originally told us "we don't want to just replace something and it not be the issue" well that is exactly what you guys did and seem to do over and over again. Funny to me that we didn't show up to our appointment to address the issue and they didn't even called me to see why we didn't show up. I'm sure happy we didn't to not deal with this issue. After I get my second opinion which we should've done in the first place and it is not what they "fixed" I feel like I should receive half if not all of my money back for something we didn't need to put out money for. I had a lot of trust in this business from the personal connection we had and I feel like they took advantage of that. Never got to talk to a technician just the front desk individuals relaying the message. Felt like they just tell you what you want to hear and never the actual truth if they aren't confident on the solution. Never again will I trust them to put their hands on my car. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!
