Dear Ed, We’re very sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Our team did perform a full diagnostic on your Subaru’s A/C system, which revealed multiple leaks including the compressor, condenser, and Schrader valves. The full estimate provided included both the confirmed leaks (around $3,000 in repairs) as well as a proactive estimate for the evaporator, which is a common failure point on Subarus. While the evaporator was not currently leaking, we wanted to make sure you had all of the information up front to avoid a surprise repair later. We acknowledge that a mistake was made in not replacing the valve caps after service, and we offered to correct that immediately. We also invited you to return so we could re-inspect and address your concerns further. We sincerely apologize that this situation left you dissatisfied, and we’d like the opportunity to discuss it directly.
