EDIT: I had an issue today with one of the staff members regarding an oil change for my Escalade. While the situation was not able to be solved with my service advisor at the time, the management of the company went above and beyond to earn my business back for a second chance. I have had many excellent experiences at Honest 1 prior to this recent issues and I'm looking forward to working with them moving forward. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We're really lucky to live very close to Honest-1, but frankly, even if we moved to another neighborhood, this would be worth the drive. My husband and I both drive high-mileage cars and we seek a trustworthy mechanic that is up-front about the quirks and gremlins our cars can have, but doesn't sell you on services that aren't useful. They don't overbook their appointments like some of the shops around here, which means the time they quote for your services (in my experience) has either been accurate or conservative. All the technicians and customer service staff we have dealt with (shout out to Craig and Jonathan from our most recent visit) have been communicative and friendly. They have a complementary shuttle for folks to take advantage of, but if you'd prefer to hang around and wait, they provide concierge-level amenities including free WiFi, a kids area with toys and a TV, a clean, comfortable, and pleasant seating area, monitors to view the technician service your vehicle, and light snacks and beverages to enjoy. If you're like me and find yourself entertaining the younger kids during an oil change, they also have an outdoor seating area that you can watch the cars go in and out of the car wash across the way which in my experience, provides quite a lot of amusement. In short, whether you're looking to break the expensive cycle of taking your newer car to the dealer for service, or you're like us and trying to squeeze every bit of life out of your car, you know that this place has the knowledge and the customer care to give you peace of mind.
