This was my first time at the Deltona Honest Auto Care and it was an excellent experience. Very honest professionals. No pressure to get recommended repairs done. From the time you walk into the door to the time you leave they make you feel welcome. A big thank you to Craig for his professionalism and honesty. You guys put the "honest" back in car repairs--something that has been missing for a long time! I will definitely be back with my other cars.

I was grateful on my first visit to Honest-1 Auto care on Howland Blvd., in Deltona. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Craig DiLeo was kind enough to work me into the schedule to give my car a good once over before a long trip I was planning. Without any pressure he gave me a rundown of the condition of my car, and explained the recommended repairs I needed to take a safe trip. Thank you Craig and the staff at Honest-1, I will be back. P. It was my first time here this morning and it went smoothly. Craig checked me in and was very friendly and courteous. It was just an oil change but they do a thorough inspection as part of it. There were recommendations after the inspection but no pressure to get them done like you get at some service centers. The waiting room was comfortable and had bags of snacks as well as drinks like pop, water, and coffee. Overall, a good first experience and I will be a return customer.

My first time here went smoothly and I will be a return customer. It was just an oil change but they do a thorough inspection as part of it. Waiting room was comfortable and had snacks and drinks. I would recommend an appointment. I made my appointment about two weeks ago and heard several times that all their appointment slots were full today. While walk-ins are accepted here, be aware that you may have to wait if you don’t have an appointment.

The new manager was amazing! I'm a new customer. I bought a deal off Groupon for oil changes. Decided to check out the place. I didn't have an appointment and had my new headlights installed right away. Thanks for the awesome customer service.

I greatly enjoyed my experience here at the Honest-1 Auto Care, Deltona location. The service I received was excellent and the value is definitely there - I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment service (ask about it at your next visit, one of the best values in town). There was some confusion on the pricing when i received my final invoice, but after discussing it with Trish it was resolved. I highly encourage anyone who is in any way dissatisfied with their final invoice or service to call back and have an honest discussion about it, as there may have simply been a misunderstanding; and this business definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and return as a future customer. They have definitely earned my future business.

Tricia was very nice to work with, explained what needed explaining and there was no pressure. Have used Honest1 a few times now and have always had a good experience. Update: 04/26/19 I’ve been back several times, dealing mostly with Andrew. Honest1 continues to be a great experience for me. It seems that when I comment that I need car work, many people around me become expert mechanics with all kinds of advice. While I’m sure my friends and family have some good points, and sure, there’s probably another way to fix it cheaper myself, Honest1 has never made me feel that they were taking advantage of me and suggesting anything that was not needed. Their email reports with pictures of the problems are great. Their staff always help talk through the severity of the issues and help decide what is the most important issue within my budget.

The customer service experience was amazing. There was a little confusion in the service order, which I paid less for the service I had requested, and they kindly corrected the order and told me not to worry about the difference. The inside is amazing and state of the art, providing free refreshments, snacks, Wi-Fi, and television while you wait. They even have cameras set up where you can see your vehicles while being serviced. 100% transparency.
