I called to make an appointment to get the code for the reason my airbag light was blinking. I spoke to John who assured me that they could 'hook up the machine' for free but if they had to 'dig a little deeper there may be a charge. So I show up for my appointment. There is an older man behind one of the desks who doesn't even acknowledge that a customer has walked in. A younger man comes out and I start to explain why I am there. He immediately starts shaking his head before I have even finished and interrupts me saying that's a dealership only issue due to safety and they don't repair them. First of all, I didn't ask you to repair it. I asked only for the code. Maybe if you let me finish you would have heard that. Secondly, if that is a service you are incapable of providing, then you should better educate your staff....touch on customer service while you're at it. By the way, that means that the sign out front that says FULL SERVICE is a LIE. Not very conducive with your name. Thanks for wasting my time. Won't be back.
Erin, We apologize 1000 times for the misunderstanding. The second service advisor you talked to was thinking you had an airbag recall and we have been redirecting people to the dealership to take care of that issue. We definitely can and do read the airbag codes and we work on issues not relating to the actual airbag replacement. We have reached out to you and hope we hear back to see what we can do to amend the situation. Again, we apologize for not listening well and for you coming in and us not helping out as we definitely should. Best regards, H1 Team
