I had a discount coupon for a full synthetic oil change. Was very reasonably priced. When I called to make an appointment, I also wanted to have my transmission fluid changed. The advisor told me that since it was around 120,000 miles and had not been serviced before, it was best to take it to a transmission shop. They recommended a place and he had the best price around; like a $100 cheaper than my usual auto mechanic spot. I have an appointment tomorrow with them. The oil change went smoothly. Honest1 of course tried to up-sell a few things that might have been useful, like a coolant flush and gas treatment, but no complaints. They even gave me a coupon for a free car wash next door! Thanks guys. Will be bringing in my wife's car in a couple weeks.

I've been going to Shawn for several years now and couldn't be happier. My last experience with Honest 1 didn't even involve Shawn though, but just reinforced my love of these guys. I had just been to DEQ and they couldn't get their tester thing plugged into the doohickey under my dash because it was somehow twisted. They told me to go to a mechanic and have them remove the panel and untwist the doohickey and replace the panel. Sounded pretty simple to me so I googled the nearest mechanic (not Honest 1) which was only a couple blocks away. The guy there told me I needed to leave my car with him for "about a half a day" and that it would cost $110. He never even looked at the car. I said hell no, and drove back to Honest 1. The guy at the front desk was super nice and sympathetic and came out to look at my car. He went and grabbed a pair of pliers and fiddled with the doohickey. It took him less than 2 minutes to fix it and he didn't charge me a dime. THAT is customer service. He could've charged me. I would've happily paid. But he didn't. He knows he made me happy and that I'll be back. Thanks, Honest 1!!!

STAY AWAY!! Brought my car for AC not blowing. They had it for 6 days and just kept throwing parts at it. When the bill got up to $1000 i had enough. I told them that i could of just threw parts at it. I ask them if they checked the switch. What do you know. It was a $50 switch. They said they would refund parts. It still cost $700 labor.

I was there this morning and had fantastic service and only was about 30 minutes without an appointment. The service advisor Craig had excellent customer service skills and very courteous. Very nice young man. They were also very honest and told me there were no issues with my vehicle which there have been several other shops that try yo sell you something you do not need. I will definitely return and tell others about honest 1. Thanks guys!

Took our 2005 Saturn in this morning.....yes "2005" its our tow vehicle for motorhome. We were amazed that they diagnosed our problems and performed regular maint. and tires and we were able to pick it up tonight!!! Awesome!!! Gave my husband a courtesy ride home:) Thanks! Charlie & Charlene Hart

This establishment is great! Very courteous staff as well knowledgeable to the many questions I had. They were able to take my car in the same day I called, and once I arrived, my car was brought back almost immediately. I will definitely go back and I'd recommend them.

I am a part time working mom of 2 small kids. We woke up today to an almost flat tire. I drove to this auto shop and immediately was greeted and taken care of! EXCELLENT service, positive attitudes very helpful! I will definitely be using them for the maintenance on all my vechicles!! Go by and try them you will be very satisfied!
