It was a great helpful experience with no battle on price or issue with time or the make believe problems some auto body places give you. I truly trust them as they are 100% honest as the name says. It all started with how helpful and informative the associate Andrew was. He was not only quick with both great knowledge but also prices. When I got there the was no issue on time or on price in any way. There first and only priority is the customer at all times and it shows. I will only be going there from now on!

I like having a local company who will give good customer service. They gave me credit for a coupon which I was unable to find the morning I needed it. I appreciated that and knowing that additional repairs were needed. We were called and asked if we wanted to get this service, which we did. Good service, caring techs and service reps, good company!!

Needed a tire on drivers side front...steel treads were showing through. Took it to Honest-1 Car Care. They did a great job. I decided to replace both front tires, with the same brand as before....only problem I had was 2 of my dust caps were brittle and broke off...but I bought this truck in 2000, and those were the originals., and the truck sits outside all year long, so plastic parts getting brittle is gonna happen. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. I'll be back.. Thanks Honest 1

Quick turnaround on a no bs estimate and they completed the required service in record speed. Being new to Florida it was refreshing talking to nice honest people especially compared to experience with the local dealership.
